By using Pro Examen SAAQ services, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
Pro Examen SAAQ is an independent private service offering driving training, including the services below. It is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by the SAAQ.
- Private driving lessons
- SAAQ road test preparation
- Vehicle rental for SAAQ exam
- Refresher courses and winter driving
Booking and Cancellation
Booking conditions are as follows:
- Reservations must be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the lesson
- Fees may apply for last-minute cancellations
- In case of no-show, the lesson will be charged
Payment
Payment terms are:
- Payment accepted by Interac e-Transfer or cash
- Payment is due before or at the start of the lesson
- Packages can be paid in installments
- No refunds for completed lessons
Limitation of Liability
Pro Examen SAAQ is committed to providing quality training with an insured and compliant vehicle. However, we do not guarantee passing the SAAQ exam, as this depends on many factors including student preparation.
Vehicle Use
During lessons:
- Student must have a valid learner's permit
- The instructor reserves the right to stop a lesson for safety reasons
- Student must be in appropriate physical and mental condition to drive
- Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited
Changes
Pro Examen SAAQ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new update date.
